Description In a very special engagement, beloved choreographer Trisha Brown returns with her company to present the final two works of her extraordinary career: I’m going to toss my arms—if you catch them they’re yours and Les Yeux et l’âme, a radiant suite from Rameau’s opera Pygmalion (Program A only), both in New York premieres. Brown offers these much-anticipated works alongside three repertory classics: the virtuosic Newark (Niweweorce); the seminal solo Homemade, performed by Vicky Shick; and a 30th anniversary performance of Set and Reset (Program B only)—which was commissioned by BAM in 1983—with sets and costumes by Robert Rauschenberg and music by Laurie Anderson.
