Description The ongoing purpose of the "PACC Tribute to Paul Robeson" is to further public awareness -- particularly that of our youth -- of the outstanding achievements in music, sports, theatre, linguistics, law, and human rights advocacy of the late Paul Robeson, Jr. and the cooperation of the Paul Robeson Archives toward this end.

Exhibtion on the BAM Lobby: A Tribute to Paul Robeson
To mark this special celebration, school children in Brooklyn's School District 13 were asked to create Robeson-related poems, artwork, and essays. Following a series of assemblies with a slide show presentation by Paul Robeson, Jr. about his father, close to 100 sixth, seventh, and eighth graders submitted works.
