Description Next Wave Art returns for its landmark 10th year, opening up BAM’s unique exhibition spaces to some of Brooklyn’s most exciting artists working in a variety of media and with many continuing the tradition of displaying new, site-specific works. Since the program’s inception, more than 100 artists have been exhibited on BAM’s campus. Featured artists for the 10th season of Next Wave Art include Michael Lazarus, Ellen Quinlan, Lee Quinones, Raha Raissnia, Kate Steciw, and Letha Wilson. In addition, BAMart will be producing a catalog highlighting the last 10 years of Next Wave Art. The opening reception and exhibition tour will take place on Sep 13 from 6 to 8pm in the Peter Jay Sharp Building.
