The popular radio show and live performance series returns to RadioLoveFest after a sold-out show in 2015 for an evening of engrossing short fiction read by luminaries from Hollywood and the Broadway stage, including actor-director John Cameron Mitchell (
Hedwig and the Angry Inch), Academy Award-nominated actor Amy Ryan (
Birdman) and Tony Award-winning actor Anika Noni Rose (
Dreamgirls). Activist and actor Cynthia Nixon (
Sex and the City) hosts the evening.
Called “one of the best evenings at the theatre” by David Sedaris, this long-running series, co-produced by WNYC, features stories of risky business and redemption, filled with madness, treachery, cryptic characters, and revelation.
