The first day of the inaugural BAMkids Film Festival in 1999 showcased the following programs: Noodles and Nedd and Other Shorts, as well as Red Dots and Red Balloons and Other Shorts. Feature films included Tic Tac, Chasing the Kidneystone, National Velvet, The Wind in the Willows, and My Friend Joe.

The second day of the inaugural BAMkids Film Festival in 1999 showcased the following programs: Noodles and Nedd and Other Shorts, The Hardly Boys & Other Shorts, as well as Red Dots and Red Balloons. Feature films included Tic Tac, Chasing the Kidneystone, The Prince and the Pauper, and The Wind in the Willows.
