Part of BAMkids and Youth Summer Programs 2015
Ages 8-11. 9am-4pm Mon-Fri
Participants learn a variety of animation techniques and materials to create a series of short projects under the guidance of instructors from the Museum of the Moving Image. The workshop culminates with a final animation project—written, designed, and animated by students working collaboratively in small production teams—to be shared with family and friends.
Students will:
• Develop abstract reasoning skills
• Learn introductory computer programming
• Learn the value of teamwork
