Adam E. Max is a Managing Partner of The Jordan Company, a private equity firm that he joined in 1986, and a member of the firm’s Management and Investment Committees. The Jordan Company manages The Resolute Funds, with over $8.0 billion in original capital commitments. Mr. Max serves on the boards of various public and private companies.
While growing up in New York City, Mr. Max attended public school, the Bank Street School for Children, and Collegiate School. He received a B.A. with honors in Literature & Society (English/History) from Brown University. Mr. Max resides in New York City with his wife, Diane, and their three children (ages 17-24). He is a trustee of St. Ann’s Warehouse and the Rita and Alex Hillman Foundation, and a former trustee of Collegiate School. His wife is on the Board of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and is the former chair of Planned Parenthood of New York City.
