Description On Monday, June 30, the second annual Ignite Gala will celebrate the continued expansion of BAM’s education programming—raising funds and awareness to ensure their continued impact in the community. Currently, BAM Education’s programs serve more than 30,000 students, teachers, and parents annually. Ignite campaign Co-Chairs Lucy Liu and Richard Feldman (honored at the inaugural Ignite Gala), will join Gala Co-Chairs Alan Fishman and Michael Roth to honor BAM Trustee Bob Greenberg for his continued support of BAM’s mission to provide exceptional arts education programming. Highlights of the program and dinner held on the stage of the BAM Howard Gilman Opera House include Emmy and Peabody Award winning journalist and author John Hockenberry, a performance by the Brooklyn Youth Chorus, and the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music student jazz quartet.
