Souleymane Badolo guides dancers of all levels through his multifaceted movement vocabulary--informed by dodo from Burkina Faso, urban African dances, and Western contemporary and improvisatory dance forms--in this master class featuring live percussion accompaniment. Participants are encouraged to listen to the beat of the music with an eye toward discovery and expression of their own musicality and internal rhythm.
