Seán Curran and Elizabeth Coker, co-artistic directors of Seán Curran Company, lead this multidisciplinary class in contemporary dance. Incorporating release techniques and guided by principles of yoga, Curran and Coker lead participants through various exercises--including repertory phrases from this season’s Dream’d in a Dream--while teaching greater awareness of weight, rhythm, and flow. Members of traditional Kyrgyz music ensemble Ustatshakirt Plus provide musical accompaniment.
