Description Grades 7-12. This six-session, in-school dance residency is being offered in the fall in conjunction with the performance of The Flight Project by the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company. In this residency, students will explore the concept and physics of flight through dance and choreography: from mythological stories to space age adventures, from scientific principles of pitch and balance to the process of invention. The project will culminate with the students attending the performance on December 11.
