Description Spring Vacation Production. Young People's Entertainment by the Heights Players. This is an original musical play, never performed before. The story is one that will surely delight youngsters. It concerns a young princess, very spoiled by her father, who is king of the land. She gets everything she wants, but one day, when she is ill, she tells her father the only thing that will cure her would be a rainbow pony. Word is spread throughout the land, and everyone begins the search for a rainbow pony. One enterprising young man, however, decides he wants the prize, which is the daughter's hand, so he paints his own pony in rainbow colors, and presents it to the king. During the ensuing celebrations, of course, it rains, washing the pony clean. Enraged, the king orders the young man beheaded, but the princess, cured, has fallen in love, of course, with the young man, and everything ends happily. Of course.
