Description Celebrating its 15th anniversary, the 1992 DanceAfrica festival blended the traditional and contemporary dances of the Congo, Old Mali, Guinea, and South Africa, and featured A Touch of Folklore and More, the Kairaba West Afrikan Dance Company, Malaki Ma Kongo and the International African Islamic Ballet. The final performance of the festival paid homage to those dynamic ancestors who passed on to the ancestral ground, and featured the LaRocque Bey Dance Company. In addition to the weekend of performances, the Festival  included a series of master classes in African music and dance and a free outdoor bazaar.
