Description Grades 1-6. Eskimo legend unfolds during this extraordianry theatrical event with audience particpation. L'Umiak envelops the senses with stunning audio-visual effects transporting the audience to the village of the Inuit tribe of Northern Canada. Before entering the theatre, the audience learns about life in the frozen North and each becomes an Inuit villager with a given "role," costume, and prop. The seating surrounds the stage and the "villagers" are guided by the actors during the performance. Due to the nature of this special event, seats are limited and all tickets are $3.00. Performances are each day at 10:15 and 12:30.
