Description In a celebration of one of America's true art forms, BAM's Lepercq Space will be transformed into exciting and unique settings representing jazz and blues styles from turn-of-the-century New Orleans to The Apollo Theatre and Savoy Ballroom of the 1940s. This Living Music Expo will transport students to particular times and places in jazz and blues history through live dance and music performances as well as historical film, photographs, instruments, and memorabilia. Due to the nature of this special event, seating at each performance is limited to 200.
