Description Grades 9-12. 28 workshops plus field trps and specials events. Brooklyn locations TBA. Students explore the impact of contemporary social justice issues -- such as stop-and-frisk policies and the Trayvon Martin trial -- on their lives, creating an original script based on research and personal experience. The class crafts a collaborative piece of theater through workshops with a professional director, culminating in a final showcase to be performed at the BAM Fisher.
