Description 3rd - 9th grades. A teacher and professional musician for 25 years, Todd Green brings his magic to your school for a special world music "clinic." He plays classical and improvised music on over thirty instruments from around the world including the sympitar, the guitarangi-da-gamba, the Turkish oud, the Persian tar, the Afghan rebab, the Chinese er-hu, the Japanese shakuhatchi, Indian bansuri flutes and tablas, the Tibetan bowl, and the guitar! Your students will have the unique opportunity to engage in these remarkable musical worlds without ever having to leave their classrooms.
