Description The popular Israeli singer, Noa (Achinoam Nini) takes to the Opera House stage, accompanied by guitar virtuoso Gil Dor.  Noa’s songs (in both Hebrew and English) blend Middle Eastern music, light jazz and acoustic pop into a unique sound entirely her own.  Noa—known in her homeland by her given name Achinoam Nini—is Israel’s leading international concert and recording artist.  In addition to her three hugely successful Israeli albums Achinoam Nini and Gil Dor Live in Concert (1991), Achinoam Nini and Gil Dor (1993), and Achinoam Nini (1997), Noa has released two popular international albums—Noa (1993) and Calling (1997). America Celebrates Israel’s 50th, a special television event co-hosted by Kevin Costner and Michael Douglas.
